The Confess Project is a very cool organization that seeks to improve access to and usage of mental healthcare in Black communities by training barbers and beauty industry professionals to talk about mental health and direct clients towards relevant resources. They are essentially doing the work of a link worker, specifically for mental health! Partnering with them, or even just learning about their model and training, would be a great opportunity to expand everyone's horizons!
