Partnerships to Consider

One of the most common questions I hear is, "How do I find partners?"

This page lists organizations I have found that seem like they would be a good partnership for social prescribing programs (e.g. they offer services that may be useful or have missions that align with social prescribing). I have not contacted most of these organizations, so please work under the assumption that they don't know what social prescribing is. Even if you don't find something in your particular area, I hope this, along with my mind maps on the Resources page, gives an idea of the kinds of organizations that may exist in your community.

As a note, when using the filter, if you click multiple tags in one category (e.g. "Location"), you will see all programs with at least one of those tags. When filtering using multiple categories (e.g "Location" and "Asset-Type"), you will see results with both of those tags.  

 

Programs doing social prescribing work (whether they call it that or not) are shown on the map at the bottom of the page.
