Since there are a number of resources associated with UW-Madison, I've decided to compress them into one listing.
School of Medicine and Public Health: Department of Family Medicine and Community Health
- Works "to answer community-based healthcare questions and translate research findings into practice." I do happen to know that someone from WREN attended a social prescribing webinar (May 2025).
- While not a "food prescription," given this page, they may be interested in collaborating with or learning about a food prescription program.
- Prescribing Movement [Download]
- Again, while not a "movement prescription," they may be interested in such programs
School of Education: Professional Learning and Community Education (PLACE)
- This is an NEA research lab looking at socioemotional learning outcomes in schools. Their contacts (i.e. schools) may be interested in implementing an arts on prescription (or general sp) program.
- UW Community Arts Collaboratory
- They have quite a few options for youth arts programs; I'm sure they would be open to being a referral site.
