Works "to answer community-based healthcare questions and translate research findings into practice." I do happen to know that someone from WREN attended a social prescribing webinar (May 2025).

While not a "food prescription," given this page, they may be interested in collaborating with or learning about a food prescription program.

Again, while not a "movement prescription," they may be interested in such programs
 
School of Education: Professional Learning and Community Education (PLACE)
- Arts Collab
This is an NEA research lab looking at socioemotional learning outcomes in schools. Their contacts (i.e. schools) may be interested in implementing an arts on prescription (or general sp) program.
- UW Community Arts Collaboratory 
They have quite a few options for youth arts programs; I'm sure they would be open to being a referral site.
